Multicultural Consulting

Multicultural consulting services are often invaluable since they provide guidance in creating a brand strategy and marketing message that is sensitive to a given market.

Cognizant of nuances from anthropological, sociological and cultural perspectives, LinguaLinx addresses the critical cultural perceptions of the proposed concept in each of the relevant target markets.

LinguaLinx leverages more than 5,000 skilled native-speaking linguists, worldwide resources and experienced language professionals, representing dozens of industries across the globe, to deftly manage the foreign language needs of our clients.

LinguaLinx assists clients with the entire process of developing a global presence or marketing a product or service internationally. As a first step, we conduct research in three stages:

Questionnaire Development and Administration

LinguaLinx develops a questionnaire that addresses cultural perceptions of the proposed concept in each of the relevant target markets. Responses provide insight into the appropriateness of colors, images and language. We identify respondents in each market that represent the appropriate target audience and administer the questionnaire on behalf of clients. To obtain the most objective feedback, this is done in a manner that does not influence responses or produce preconceived notions regarding the purpose of the questionnaire.

Analysis

Responses are compiled and analyzed with the assistance of cultural consultants. LinguaLinx offers commentary on any correlations that can be drawn between respondents’ subjective opinions and the cultural characteristics of the target market in order to provide a broad interpretation.

Report Compilation

A comprehensive report is compiled which summarizes this information. Cultural consultants are made available for discussion and clarification, and to make recommendations regarding alternate material in the event that a particular aspect of the source may have potentially negative connotations.
