Let Us Help with Your H-2B Translation.
Please provide us with your information so we can begin your H2B translation project. Be sure to specify the desired target language, as well as uploading a copy of your H2B in the document upload section.
After providing us with your basic info and document, you will be redirected to the payment page. Please note, your project will not begin until the payment is collected.
A few things to keep in mind as you begin:
- It takes us two business days to prepare and translate the application.
- The translations are certified, guaranteeing accuracy and legal credibility.
- Our fee for each H-2B document is $90 which needs to be paid in advance.
- We’ll prepare the document to give you the best chance but, unfortunately, we have no control over the success or failure of your application.

Not sure what a H-2B is? Here’s a quick overview:
A H-2B is a non-immigrant classification that entitles you to legally work a non-agricultural job in the US if:
- You’re a citizen of an eligible country as set out by Department of Homeland Security.
- There are not enough US workers available to do the job.
- By being employed, you won’t adversely affect the wages or living conditions of US workers.
- The employment is temporary or seasonal.
Not sure if this applies to you, or you need more info?
Further information is available on the USCIS website, which can be accessed by clicking the following link. Please note, LinguaLinx will translate your H-2B application, but we do not submit them or provide legal advice.
Our Experience Helping H-2B Applicants
Government forms and applications can be confusing at the best of times. And if they’re not in your native language confusing can turn into incomprehensible very quickly. We’re used to this concern, and we have a lot of experience translating government documents.
Our linguists translate in over 98% of the languages in the world, including the official languages of every H-2B eligible country.
We’re used to working with people who feel vulnerable because English isn’t their first language, or they don’t speak it at all. Helping our clients overcome the language barrier are our team of linguists who are experienced in the legal and government fields.
